February-Valentine Brownie Cups

Need something for your child’s Valentines party, here is a recipe that you can send that the kids will enjoy. Valentine Brownie Cups   1 pkg. fudge brownie mix ½ C. powdered sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 8 oz. pkg. Cream cheese, softened 1 C. French vanilla frozen whipped topping thawed   Fix brownies as directed on the box. Spray Pam in a mini muffin pan and fill muffins 2/3 full. Bake at 350* for 15 minutes or until edges are set. Using a knife, make an indention in the center of the brownie cup. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar, mix in vanilla. Stir in whipped topping until smooth. Spoon a dollop in each brownie, you may use a pastry bag and tip. Garnish with red candy sprinkles or choclate covered strawberries. Makes about 4 dozen.

January-Vegetable Soup

On those cold wintry days when you just can’t seem to get warm try this recipe and you can eat the leftovers for a few more days. Vegetable Soup Ingredients: 2 packs of cubed stew meat 1 squatty can of Alan’s green beans 1 can of Corn 1 can of Peas 4-5 peeled and diced large Carrots 3-4 peeled and diced Potatoes 4-5 Cans of Tomato Sauce 1 pack of stew seasoning 1 large Crock Pot Step 1: Cook your stew meat on the stove and set aside to cool Step 2: Add the entire can (including the water) of green beans, corn and peas into the Crock pot. December-Appetizers for Holiday Gatherings

We know that most family and friends gather at Christmas time to share the holidays, here are a few recipes that you could use for such occasions.  Appetizers for Holiday Gatherings   Cheese Ball 2 8oz. pkgs. Cream Cheese 8oz. can Crushed Pineapple, well drained ¼ C. finely chopped green pepper 3 Tbsp. Grated onion 1 C. chopped pecans 1 Tbsp. Seasoned salt   Mix together and serve with crackers. This is better if made at least one day ahead so flavors can mingle. November-Holiday Corn Casserole

Just in time for Thanksgiving a corn casserole recipe that will add to any Thanksgiving Day meal. Holiday Corn Casserole   ½ C. butter 1 small onion chopped ½ green pepper chopped 3 eggs slightly beaten 1 can whole kernel corn un-drained 1 can cream corn un-drained 1 box Jiffy Corn Muffin mix ½ pt. Sour cream 1 C. mild cheddar cheese shredded   Saute onion and green pepper in butter. In casserole dish mix both cans of corn, muffin mix and eggs. Add sauteed vegetables. Top with dollops of sour cream and cheese. Bake at 350* for 45-55 minutes or until browned and set. Serves 4-6.
