Walk4Water is a fundraising program organized by Healing Hands International that helps support its water ministry. Since 2007, Walk4Water has hosted events in communities all over the nation at schools, churches, and organizations. The goal is to bring the life-saving gift of clean water to those who need it so desperately. HHI has funded drilling for clean water since 2001 and completed our 1000th well in April 2018. Upon hitting this goal more than 2 million people will have been given access to clean water.
This year's event will be the Old Hickory congregation's third Walk 4 Water. On-site registration will begin at 3:00, with the walk begnning at 3:30. We will enjoy a walk through Old Hickory Village and arrive back at the campus. A shorter, abbreviated route will be available for those that wish to walk but may prefer not to complete the entire route. We hope to raise $15,000 to support the drilling of two new water wells in 2024. Come join us!
